7. Rent agreement and Land lord NOC(if premises is rented). DURATION: 7 to 10 working days.
For Limited Company
1. Name approval.
2. PAN Card of each director.
3. Aadhaar Card of each director.
4. Voter Id/Driving Licence/Passport copy(Any one frome these).
5. Bank passbook/statements of each director.
6. Electricity bill of Business premises for ownership proof.
7. Rent agreement and Land lord NOC(if premises is rented) DURATION: 15 to 25working days.
For NIDHI Limited
Minimum Seven members are required for Nidhi Company:-
1. Name approval.
2. PAN Card of each director.
3. Aadhaar Card of each director.
4. Voter Id/Driving Licence/Passport copy(Any one frome these).
5. Bank passbook/statements with earlier updated.
6. Electricity bill of Business premises for ownership proof.
